IF WE ARE APOLOGIZING

There are a few more apologies that should be heard in your community, especially if you are in an HOA with little regulation to fall back on.

How about these

            I’m sorry Mr. & Mrs. Homeowner for absconding with Association money.

I’m sorry Board Candidate for improperly handling elections so my friends and I can stay in charge.

I’m sorry fellow Board members for signing the Management contract with my wife, oh and at double cost.

We are sorry fellow community members for running the Association like it’s a dictatorship, never asking permission, seeking your opinion or even informing you of what’s going on.

It’s true, Boards get a lot of grief and have a thankless, payless job, but lets not overlook the thousands of homeowners who are betrayed by their Association Board Members every year in Florida.
