IS IT ALL ABOUT FREE SPEECH?

No matter what the media says: The United States of America is still the greatest nation in the world. Or why do you think that so many people want to come to this country, even risking arrest for crossing the border illegally? I came to this country in 1984 – having to fill out lots of paperwork and answering many questions. And I’m happy to live here!

One of the first things my father-in-law told me: “You’re not in Europe any more. Here you don’t argue with police officers. You say: “Yes, Sir” or “No, Sir” – accept the ticket and argue later with the judge.” I followed his advice – and it worked real well.

One of the main reasons for this statement: The 1. Amendment to the Constitution: FREE SPEECH!

And I like to use this right given to me by the US Constitution in a peaceful manner! Free speech doesn’t mean you have to say something that is political correct – but it shouldn’t contain violence. Free speech means just that: FREE SPEECH! Remember: In this country you can even outright lie and slander other people – if you are a member of the US Congress. That’s pretty unique!

Nothing wrong with peaceful demonstrations, but free speech doesn’t mean violence, looting, burning down buildings or even killing people. That’s TERROR – not Free Speech.

If you know the history of the world, please remember how the dictatorships in Europe started in the 1920’s and 30’s: Terror on the streets! Hitler’s brown-shirts and Mussolini’s black-shirts used the same methods as ANTIFA: TERROR ON THE STREETS!

There has always been injustice in this world – be it by race, religion or politics -- and in my opinion that will not change – even if terrorists (disguised as demonstrators) burn down whole cities.

There are bad apples in every profession – and that will never change! Remember the FBI? Remember other government agencies? You see bad apples even among demonstrators! We have seen it all over the years.

Now some morons want to defund our police force. Are there some more idiotic ideas out there? How should that help the cause? Or is it the intention of these lunatics to make it easier for criminals and terrorists to break the law? Many US citizens got scared seeing the events of last week. Or how else can the sudden increase of gun sales be explained? Is that the kind of society we want to live in?

The world isn’t perfect, but we should all work PEACEFULLY together to make it a better place!

associations. He moved to Florida in 1995 - hoping to retire. He moved into a HOA, where the developer cheated the homeowners and used the association dues for his own purposes. End of retirement!

CCFJ was born in the year 2000, when some owners met in Tallahassee - finding out that power is only in numbers. Bergemann was a member of Governor Jeb Bush's HOA Task force in 2003/2004.

The organization has two websites to inform interested Florida homeowners and condo owners:

We think that only owners can really represent owners, since all service providers surely have a different interest! We are trying to create owner-friendly laws, but the best laws are useless without enforcement. And enforcement is totally lacking in Florida !
