Seeing owners come together to play Bingo, card games, etc., in my opinion, is the true meaning of community living. The idea should never be to generate additional income for the lack of reserves or potential shortfalls but rather to bring the community together. This is an excellent opportunity for neighbors to get to know each other while having some fun. So, who wins? The community does because having happy residents within your association allows for the associations business to run much smoother.
