AM I SOUNDING LIKE A BROKEN RECORD?

Over the past 3+ years we have been writing this blog, I have gained a tremendous amount of insight into several things that plague Florida homeowners.

  • My respect and admiration for my two co-writers has grown exponentially, given the amount of personal time and effort they devote each year, attempting to successfully gain equal representation and oversight regulations for homeowner associations.

  • Florida legislators are clueless, or simply don’t comprehend the magnitude of the fraud and mismanagement perpetrated by unscrupulous homeowner association board members. They continually refuse to pass legislation, which would help in reducing this activity.

  • The majority of homeowners don’t seem to care enough to get involved and force these elected officials to make the necessary changes.

    Plenty of homeowners complain about their boards, but until each of them decide enough is enough, and make a concerted effort to support the efforts of Jan and Eric, change will not happen.
