It's a New Year and a New Day.

Along with the ringing in of the New Year comes the anticipation of "Better Times", the promise of "Change" and the desire to "Start Fresh and New".  The old year has ended, budgets are done, elections have been held and now we look, with anticipation, towards the future.

   

This is a great time to develop your action plan for the next 12 (okay 11) months. What are the goals for the community?  What property improvements are budgeted in the reserves?   What goals have you established and communicated to your LCAM? Has the Board met and agreed to be working cohesively toward these common goals? Has the Board communicated their action plan to the Homeowners so that they fully support and appreciate your efforts?

  

Taking these few steps to bring everyone together as a team, working towards successful completion of common goals for the betterment of the Association will ensure that 2013 is a year of Growth, Peace and Prosperity.
