THE ROAD TO HELL!

They say “The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions”, but I emphatically disagree. Managing over 165 Associations and dealing with asphalt that buckles, drainage that flood units, pools that are leaking, streetlights wired into homes, and no... that’s not black gold bubbling up in the common area,  it’s sewage from poorly laid pipes.  I believe the road to hell was paved by the many unscrupulous developers that are prevalent in the Florida market.

Don’t for a minute think these developers had good intentions or that the legislators are watching out for your best interests.  They DON'T and they are NOT!  This is clear with the current passing of HB-1013, which puts ALL of the responsibility and financial burden back on you the HOMEOWNER!

HOMEOWNERS, don’t travel the road to hell trying to get repairs made by a developer.  Demand that action be taken now by Governor Rick Scott. The bill is on his desk awaiting his signature, take a stand and let your voice be heard.
