LET THE FIGHT BEGIN

Yes, it’s that time of the year. Jan Bergemann and Eric Glazer have begun working tirelessly to successfully obtain legislation that will improve the overall operation of HOA’s in Florida. But it’s also time for the “cheerleaders” to stand up and support the gentlemen. Time and time again, we have explained the benefits to HOA’s so that they fully understand the level of support and benefits the DPBR would offer if the legislation were passed.

I am curious as to why Florida’s Governor Rick Scott and Speaker Will Weatherford would block SB-1348. Are they really looking out for the Homeowners of Florida? Sure doesn’t seem like it.

Now it’s time for you, the Homeowners, to join in the fight to get this legislation pushed through. Please call your friends and neighbors and get them to join in.
