Kudos
to everyone who worked so diligently on getting the laws changed
so that there won't be charges for using your own technology to
copy records of your Association. But now we need to work on
amending the need to view these records during the hours and at
a location set by the Board or Management.
I
remain certain that the DBPR will continue to receive numerous
complaints of Boards or CAMS refusing to allow them to review
documents. It's very likely that you will need to make sure your
smart phone is waterproof because my bet is, some of you will
still have to review theses documents from the trunk of a
vehicle in the rain because they still have control of the time
and place!!!
