IT’S NOW TIME TO BE NEIGHBORLY AGAIN

What a year 2024 was. Florida particularly had it tough.
Here, in our state, we not only had to deal with perhaps the
most divisive election in the country’s history, buy we also
had to start dealing with the fallout from the new
legislation passed by our Legislature in response to the
tragedy in Surfside at The Champlain Towers.
Now we’re heading into the time of the year when we all
should start mellowing out a little bit. We should stop the
fights, the arguing and the bickering and we should start
working together toward making it a better year ahead.
What’s to lose?
I cannot remember another time in my life where our country
was so divided into two groups depending upon your party
affiliation. It’s horrible. The truth is…….we are one
group. Neighbors. We’re all stuck with each other, so
let’s make the best of it. Let’s be good neighbors and, in
fact, let’s be thankful that many of us strive to be good
neighbors and are. Maybe if we thought of each other as
neighbors and cared less about whether we have an R, or a D
or an I after our name, we can make 2025 a better year.
So, I’ll start. I want to thank all of you, my neighbors,
for reading this blog for 52 weeks a year. I want to thank
my neighbors who are clients of my firm, Glazer and Sachs,
PA. I want to thank the thousands of my neighbors that come
to learn in the seminars I teach. Finally, I want to thank
my neighbors who week in and week out watch the Condo Craze
and HOAs podcast.
So…………to all of my neighbors, this is our last blog for the
2024 year. So neighbors, I wish all of you a Happy Hanukah,
a Merry Christmas and a very happy and healthy new year.
