POLITICALLY CORRECT?

Some of the “sore losers” – as I call them –
needed to display their displeasure on this blog about Clinton
losing the election and Trump being sworn in as the new
president today. Get over it: He will be our new president -- no
matter how many people are moaning and groaning – and bitching.
I had asked politely to stop posting these comments because they
have nothing to do with the topic of this blog. Remember the
name: “FLORIDA HOA&CONDO BLOG.”
Quite a few of you seem to forget: Legislative decisions
regarding community association rules are made in Tallahassee –
NOT in Washington!
But my polite reminders about the actual topic of this blog
still didn’t stop the comments!
Since quite a few folks posted their opinions – I think that
gives me the right to post mine (sorry if you may not like it!):
I hate being politically correct! In my opinion it’s
nonsense and a waste of time. I think that saying what one
really thinks makes life a lot easier – and makes sure that
everybody understands what one really means.
First time I met Governor Jeb Bush in person, he greeted me by
saying that he always thought I was female – because of my first
name. My response: “I’m male, German – and I hate to beat around
the bush!”
So: Let’s dispense with the niceties and get to the point:
Let’s hope that our new President – named Donald Trump – will be
doing a great job – no matter what the media says. Our lives –
and finances -- all depend on it – and we all need him to do a
great job!
Let me say how I feel about the politics of the past 8 years:
I don’t like “OBAMA CARE” – and I think it’s a
poor excuse for a health care system in a country we consider
civilized!
The word “ILLEGAL” says it all – no matter if you
put it in front the word “immigrant” or any other word. It’s
still “ILLEGAL!”
Who cares who HACKED the e-mails in question, what
counts is the contents – nothing else! No matter if Putin
himself hacked it – or the guy from WIKILEAKS.
And anybody who has a problem with not allowing huge numbers of
REFUGEES from North Africa and Asia into our
country should visit Europe and see what the European refugee
politics did to these countries. And when Trump says that
Angela Merkel has done a horrible job with allowing all these
refugees into Germany he is absolutely correct. Read German
newspapers or go there. You will quickly realize that Trump is
absolutely correct. And guess what: The Europeans blame the
refugee disaster on Obama for making empty threats. Who will
believe you if you don’t do what you say you’ll be doing?
And as to our ECONOMY: Our tax money was used to
revive many nearly “dead” industries – especially in the
Northern half of the country. I don’t think we want to see our
tax money – and all the jobs – going to foreign countries. We
need these jobs to stay here!
In regards to the “RACIAL DIVIDE” I can only say
that things have gotten worse, even if many people voted eight
years ago to make history: Putting a “Black President” into
office! Sorry, I think that the attempt failed – and movements
like “BLACK LIVES MATTER” have divided the country
even more. Why should only “black lives matter” – ALL
LIVES MATTER! Why should that be a problem?
With other words: Give Trump a chance to show what he is going
to do before you condemn him! He is now our President: LOVE
HIM OR HATE HIM!
I’m not somebody voting for a specific party, I’m voting for the
specific candidate. There are a lot of bad apples in both
parties. I didn’t like quite a few of the decisions made by our
last president, so let’s just see what the future brings.
But let’s all unite and fight together for the reason we all
joined together in the first place: FAIRNESS IN COMMUNITY
ASSOCIATIONS!

in 1995 - hoping to retire. He moved into a HOA, where the
developer cheated the homeowners and used the association dues
for his own purposes. End of retirement!
CCFJ was born in the year 2000, when some owners met in
Tallahassee
- finding out that power is only in numbers. Bergemann was a
member of Governor Jeb Bush's HOA Task force in 2003/2004.
The organization has two websites to inform interested

homeowners and condo owners:

Educational Website: http://www.ccfjfoundation.net/.
We think that only owners can really represent owners, since all
service providers surely have a different interest! We are
trying to create owner-friendly laws, but the best laws are
useless without enforcement. And enforcement is totally lacking
in
Florida
