Despite the facts that all these seminars are called:
BOARD CERTIFICATION COURSES – it’s important for
ALL owners to understand the laws and rules of the
associations they are living in.
For most owners buying a home is the biggest investment of their
lives. Shouldn’t they all know exactly the rules and statutes
regulating their property?
Many of the owners don’t have the faintest idea regarding the
rules and regulations that actually regulate their lives. It’s
obvious that many of the owners plainly don’t understand what
they bought into. I get daily telephone calls and e-mails with
questions that clearly show that these folks don’t have the
faintest ideas about the rules regulating these associations.
Believe me: If you care about the biggest investment of your
life you better start learning the rules and laws. Otherwise you
can quickly lose your home – as many families found out over the
years.
If you care about your families home and live in South Florida –
you have a great chance tomorrow to attend a free seminar – with
lots of good – also free – food. What more can you ask for?
SEE YOU SUNDAY MORNING!

associations. He moved to
Florida
in 1995 - hoping to retire. He moved into a HOA, where the
developer cheated the homeowners and used the association dues
for his own purposes. End of retirement!
CCFJ was born in the year 2000, when some owners met in
Tallahassee
- finding out that power is only in numbers. Bergemann was a
member of Governor Jeb Bush's HOA Task force in 2003/2004.
The organization has two websites to inform interested
Florida
homeowners and condo owners:
News Website: http://www.ccfj.net/.
Educational Website: http://www.ccfjfoundation.net/.
We think that only owners can really represent owners, since all
service providers surely have a different interest! We are
trying to create owner-friendly laws, but the best laws are
useless without enforcement. And enforcement is totally lacking
in
Florida
