ONLY ATTORNEYS CAN ANSWER LEGAL
QUESTIONS!

The question:
WHO SHOULD TEACH BOARD CERTIFICATION SEMINARS is easily
answered: SPECIALIZED ATTORNEYS!
I have been to many
of these seminars over the years – and I have always learned
something new. The interesting part of each seminar are always
the questions from the audience – questions only an attorney is
allowed to answer since the questions asked are requiring legal
opinions, nobody but a licensed attorney can legally answer.
And I can assure
you: These questions are the important parts of the seminars.
Everybody can read
from a script or show a pre-prepared Power Point Presentation.
But what happens if these presentations leave questions
unanswered? Well, if the person making the presentation isn’t an
attorney, these questions will be left unanswered, or being
answered by somebody violating rules and laws. Do you want to
learn how to violate the rules? Go to a seminar presented by a
non-attorney!
So much said: Eric
will soon reveal his autumn seminar schedule! Don’t miss to sign
up for one of his seminars in your neighborhood! You’ll learn a
lot – and you can ask questions during his presentation!

associations. He moved to
Florida
in 1995 - hoping to retire. He moved into a HOA, where the
developer cheated the homeowners and used the association dues
for his own purposes. End of retirement!
CCFJ was born in the year 2000, when some owners met in
Tallahassee
- finding out that power is only in numbers. Bergemann was a
member of Governor Jeb Bush's HOA Task force in 2003/2004.
The organization has two websites to inform interested
Florida
homeowners and condo owners:

Educational Website: http://www.ccfjfoundation.net/.
We think that only owners can really represent owners, since all
service providers surely have a different interest! We are
trying to create owner-friendly laws, but the best laws are
useless without enforcement. And enforcement is totally lacking
in
Florida
