Board members and owners of community
associations from all over Florida just love to attend Eric
Glazer’s Board Certification seminars, not only because he gives
very detailed legal explanations, but also because he answers
questions during the seminar if attendees are asking for legal
explanations.
But you don’t even have to attend
seminars in order to get some free legal advice. Tune in on
Sunday at 11:00 a.m. to the radio show “CONDOCRAZE
& HOAs” and call in to ask the questions you would
like to have answered by an expert. Attorneys Eric Glazer and
Scott Shapiro will be happy to answer your questions.
Just one favor to ask: Remember, the
other listeners may not want to hear your life story – as
interesting as it may be – they want to hear the question – and
the expert answer. And since the radio show only lasts an hour,
time is limited and there are other listeners who may have a
question as well. A little hint: Prepare your question ahead of
time and make it short, sweet and easy to understand. Concrete
questions create concrete answers!
So, tune in on Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
and listen to the interesting topics on the agenda. It’s
interesting – and very educational!

associations. He moved to
Florida
in 1995 - hoping to retire. He moved into a HOA, where the
developer cheated the homeowners and used the association dues
for his own purposes. End of retirement!
CCFJ was born in the year 2000, when some owners met in
Tallahassee
- finding out that power is only in numbers. Bergemann was a
member of Governor Jeb Bush's HOA Task force in 2003/2004.
The organization has two websites to inform interested
Florida
homeowners and condo owners:

Educational Website: http://www.ccfjfoundation.net/.
We think that only owners can really represent owners, since all
service providers surely have a different interest! We are
trying to create owner-friendly laws, but the best laws are
useless without enforcement. And enforcement is totally lacking
in
Florida
