HAPPY TO LIVE IN FLORIDA!

Sorry, but I’m still too stuffed from
all the good food I ate on Thanksgiving Day – too lazy to write
a long blog. We had a great party with relatives and family
friends. It made us realize how great it is to live in Florida.
We had no problem buying all the food we needed to feed
everybody, even if everything was quite a bit more expensive.
But we are lucky to live in Florida.
We are allowed to have parties and family meetings again. And we
gave THANKS to Governor Ron DeSantis who has been fighting all
the time to allow us to make our own decisions, ignoring the
executive orders coming from Washington. I know from friends in
other states that these kinds of family gatherings were not
allowed and police controlled even homes where a few cars were
parked in front.
I think we have to get used to quickly
increasing prices caused by the stupid politics in Washington.
It is no miracle that the cost of living is going up real fast
– with no end in sight.
Let’s just hope that Thanksgiving next
year is turning the tables since general elections are 3 weeks
before and hopefully quite a few voters may have realized in the
meanwhile that they voted for the wrong team in the last
election.

in 1995 - hoping to retire. He moved into a HOA, where the
developer cheated the homeowners and used the association dues
for his own purposes. End of retirement!
CCFJ was born in the year 2000, when some owners met in

- finding out that power is only in numbers. Bergemann was a
member of Governor Jeb Bush's HOA Task force in 2003/2004.
The organization has two websites to inform interested
Florida
homeowners and condo owners:

Educational Website: http://www.ccfjfoundation.net/.
We think that only owners can really represent owners, since all
service providers surely have a different interest! We are
trying to create owner-friendly laws, but the best laws are
useless without enforcement. And enforcement is totally lacking
in
