Dear Friends,
Another Year comes to an end and it was quite a wild
year. I already got my Christmas wish fulfilled in November
and I hope that all your wishes will come true as well.
Hopefully the next year will be more peaceful and we hope to see
the Angels Christmas message fulfilled: PEACE ON EARTH
AND GOOD WILL TO MEN!
We wish you and your family Happy Hanukka, a Merry Christmas and
a Happy New Year! We hope you enjoyed our Blogs and the
information on our websites and it helped you to navigate
through the jungle of community association rules and statutes.
Next year our organization will celebrate its 25th
Anniversary meaning we have been active to create
owner-friendly laws in Tallahassee and help owners with
answering their questions for a quarter of a century!
UNITED WE STAND!
Lets continue to help owners in need as much as we possibly
can, answer their questions and let our elected officials know
that we the property owners -- are the ones voting for them
not the special-interest folks with their big campaign
donations.
HAPPY
HOLIDAYS!

Jan Bergemann is president of Cyber Citizens For Justice,
Florida
's largest state-wide property owners' advocacy group.
CCFJ works on legislation to help owners living in
community associations. |
He moved to
Florida
in 1995 - hoping to retire. He moved into a HOA, where the
developer cheated the homeowners and used the association dues
for his own purposes. End of retirement!
CCFJ was born in the year 2000, when some owners met in
Tallahassee
- finding out that power is only in numbers. Bergemann was a
member of Governor Jeb Bush's HOA Task force in 2003/2004.
The organization has two websites to inform interested
Florida
homeowners and condo owners:
News Website:
http://www.ccfj.net/.
Educational Website: http://www.ccfjfoundation.net/.
We think that only owners can really represent owners, since all
service providers surely have a different interest! We are
trying to create owner-friendly laws, but the best laws are
useless without enforcement. And enforcement is totally lacking
in
Florida
