HARD DECISIONS MUST BE MADE

The day was going to up when the dust would settle, and a decision with what to do with the land at Champlain needed to be made.  I can't imagine the weight that must be on Judge Michael Hanzman shoulders.  These arent cases that you usually see in a courtroom, and I'm sure there isn't much he or his team can use as a point of reference.  As such, I'm sure it is safe to assume that the decision isn't being taken lightly, and his main goal is to do what's best for all the victims of this tragedy. At the end of the day, the money won't replace the lives lost or the trauma created by this tragic event.
